  1. I guess flipping can't be a career path anymore. But nothing wrong with renovating your home, redoing the kitchen counters, bathroom fixtures, new carpet and paint, and living there for a couple of years, before selling. That way you get your investment out of it, not just in cash, but also in living value. ~Hardwood countertops vancouver
